Health Disparities in Pediatric Palliative Care

Emerging evidence demonstrates that social determinants of health significantly impact outcomes among children with serious illness. This webinar seeks to better understand the issues and dynamics underlying health disparities seen in pediatric palliative care. We will examine existing literature in children with serious illness, describe active research to address these issues, and consider the role of pediatric palliative care in enhancing equitable care.
